Adult Faith Team

At St. Stephen’s, our Adult Faith Team plays a vital role in nurturing and strengthening the faith community within our Church of England school. Our Adult Faith Team supports the school by helping develop spiritual guidance, reflecting on how we are meeting our Christian vision, and by using their own faith to deepen the understanding of Christian faith and values in our school. The Adult Faith Team fosters a sense of togetherness while also promoting the integration of faith into our daily school life. Collaborating closely with school leadership and our pupil Faith Group, the Adult Faith Team supports the school in enriching the lives of our students, staff, and parents, while extending our outreach to the wider community.

Aims

• The overarching goal of our Adult Faith Team is to support the school in achieving it’s Christian vision from Philippians 4:13
• To work collaboratively with the Pupil Faith Group in developing their faith, offering guidance through their own experiences
• To develop and maintain links between the St. Stephen’s Church and the St. Stephen’s school
• To support our pupils in positively impacting the local community and wider world
